We are hiring a brand manager for our skincare brands.

We are looking for someone who wants to embark on an exciting career path. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of skincare brands, leading, motivating, and mentoring skin accounts, and employ strategic thinking with small business owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Strategy:

• Actively monitor sales to meet targets and maximise revenue per client, developing and implementing strategies for new business growth.

•Maintain excellent relationships with accounts, and collaborate with external teams regularly to drive growth opportunities.

•Create and distribute weekly / fortnightly newsletters to skin customers.

•Conduct regular meetings with each skin account monthly.

Promotional Activity & Social Media:

•Create compelling monthly promotions to drive sales and calculate the correct margins for each promotion.

•Develop content for the monthly social media planner and sign off on the social media calendar.

•Support salons with launch evenings and organise annual salon awards.

•Plan and coordinate launch events for new products.

Stock Management:

•Monitor stock levels monthly, creating promotional plans to move slow-moving stock.

•Ensure healthy stock levels, placing monthly skin orders with suppliers.

Training support:

•Support salons with some online and in salon education.

•Work alongside education manager to ensure salons are well trained.

International supplier meetings:

•Create robust relationships with international suppliers.

•Conduct bi monthly meetings with suppliers.

•Report any important info about the suppliers to owners of the business.

National and International Travel:

•2 – 4 days per month domestically.

•International travel 2 x per annum.

About you:

•5-10 years of relevant experience required.

•Proficient in working with senior clients and groups.

•Demonstrates strong knowledge and expertise in skincare (“skin strong”).

•Capable of acquiring new clients and driving business growth.

•Self-starter.

•A deep understanding and background in the skincare industry required.

•Organised.

•Able to multitask.

•Able to work fast and make decisions quickly.

•Proficient in working with Microsoft office and Teams.

Remuneration:

•Salaried role + KPI bonuses per quarter.

•Company phone and plan.

•Kiwisaver.

•All travel and company expenses covered by Grace Beauty.

•Every 8 weeks you receive a long weekend.

•Monday to Friday 40 hours – the odd weekend for expo work may be required.

•Auckland based but for the right candidate you can be based anywhere in NZ.

•Starting time 5 April 2024.
